Martin Palma

Martin Palma has extensive experience in facilities management and athletic coaching. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Facilities at the Community College of Allegheny County since January 2023, Palma has held various roles within the institution since 2003, including Director of Facilities and Project Manager. Palma’s past experience includes managing over 100 employees as the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the Allegheny County Airport Authority, overseeing multiple projects, and enforcing compliance with airport policies. Additional roles include Project Manager at TSA Explosive Detection System and Network and Computer Operations Supervisor at Sunray Electric Company. Palma holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Operations from 1985 and a Business Management degree from Phoenix University in 2009.
