William Romero has over 31 years of experience in facilities management in the hospitality industry. William is currently the Corporate Executive Director of Facilities and Grounds at Wind Creek Hospitality, where they are responsible for managing multiple remote locations and implementing energy optimization programs. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice-President of Facilities at Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas, overseeing the resort facilities operation and capital expenditure planning. William also has experience as an Area Director of Engineering at InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta and has held various Director of Engineering positions at InterContinental hotels in different locations. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Mechanical Assembly and Main Utilities Services Lines at Fabricato, where they oversaw the installation and maintenance of utility service lines. Overall, William Romero has proven expertise in facilities management, project execution, and team leadership in the hospitality industry.

William Romero completed their education at various institutes. William began their academic journey at Salesiano, Technical Institute, from 1974 to 1980, where they obtained their high school diploma in Industrial Mechanic. Subsequently, they attended Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana from 1981 to 1984 and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Continuing their education, William enrolled at Universidad EAFIT, graduating in 1987 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well. Throughout their educational path, their field of study remained focused on mechanical engineering.
