Hind Aati has a diverse work experience in the field of education and instructional technology. Hind started their career as an Intern in the Geology Department, where they developed a 3D Virtual Reality lab for online Earth Science courses. Hind then worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Information Technology Department, where they assisted with designing and developing academic partnership courses and supporting faculty and students in using virtual reality technology.

Hind moved on to work at Emporia State University as a Library Assistant in The Teachers College Resource Center for a brief period. Following this, they held multiple roles at Emporia State University, including Director of Learning Technologies, Learning Designer/Instructional Specialist, and Adjunct Instructor. In these roles, they were responsible for teaching advanced instructional technology courses, designing technology orientations, and providing instructional support to faculty. Hind also stayed updated with instructional design technologies and research.

Currently, Hind is employed at the Community College of Aurora as the Director of Online and Blended Learning/LMS Administrator. Hind'sresponsibilities include managing the college's learning management system, designing and implementing effective practices and processes, and enhancing academic instruction through innovative design principles.
