Joseph di Stefano

Joseph Di Stefano is a seasoned Certified Performance and Leadership Coach with extensive experience in coaching, business consulting, and education. Currently serving at the Strategic Leadership Academy since June 2013 and as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since August 2019, Joseph specializes in performance, life, and career management, guiding clients in goal-setting and achievement. Additionally, as an Adjunct Instructor at the Community College of Philadelphia, Joseph develops and teaches coaching curriculum, including courses on Coaching Fundamentals and The Business of Coaching. Joseph's previous roles include Director of Business Development at Hitachi Consulting and various positions at IBM, where responsibilities ranged from business development to client relationship management.
