Michael Webber

Michael Webber serves as the Director of Student Success at Wor-Wic Community College since January 2022, leading initiatives that enhance student engagement and support services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing mental health and disability services, and overseeing compliance initiatives. Webber is also an Adjunct Professor at Salisbury University, teaching communication courses and enhancing curriculum through civic engagement. Prior roles include Coordinator of Public Affairs and Civic Engagement at Salisbury University and Accreditation and Compliance Specialist at Towson University, showcasing a strong background in higher education administration, student success strategies, and program management. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, Webber holds a Master's in Post-Secondary Education and a Bachelor's in English Literature and Philosophy.
