Moe Rahman

Moe Rahman currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the Community College of Philadelphia, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Moe Rahman spent over a decade at Ellucian, where key positions included Chief Information Officer for Rider University, Director of Administrative Systems at Brookdale Community College, and Executive Director and Technical Director at Yeshiva University. Responsibilities included managing infrastructure teams, developing operational policies, leading employee management initiatives, and overseeing technology implementation. In addition, Moe Rahman has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Computer Science Department at Kean University and worked as a Systems Administrator and Distance Learning Program Support Lead. Moe Rahman holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from Kean University.
