Wei Huang currently serves as a Program Assistant at UCAN, focusing on the Light In the Night program within the Violence Intervention and Prevention Services Department, where responsibilities include partnership building, event coordination, and community engagement. Additionally, Wei holds the position of Team Manager at Common Future, an international volunteer service project aiding Chinese youths in Turkey and Lebanon. Past experiences include a Social Work Intern role at the University of Chicago Law School, a Research Assistant position at Renmin University of China, and Media Assistant at Caixin Media Company Ltd. Wei Huang earned a Master's degree in Social Administration with a focus on Violence Prevention from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Labor and Industrial Relations from Renmin University of China, along with participating in a summer session in Political Science at Yale University.
