Norma Romero

Norma Romero began their work experience in 2010 as an Office Manager at Smile Magic Family Dental. Norma then transitioned into the role of DFW Area Manager in 2012, and later became the Billing Manager in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Norma held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Smile Magic Family Dental. In 2015, they moved to Community Dental Partners and continued working as the Chief Compliance Officer.

Norma Romero attended ATI Career Training Center-Dallas from 2002 to 2003, where they earned a Dental Assistant degree. Prior to that, they studied at Midland College from 2000 to 2001 and obtained a Business Administration Certificate.
