Reem al Awabed

Reem Al Awabed has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Reem started their career as the Manager of Recruitment and Services at TECOM Investments in 2000, where they were responsible for managing a team and providing HR services to the organization. Reem later joined the Dubai Women Establishment in 2008 as the Director of HR & Admin, a role they held until 2013. Reem then became the Director of HR at the Community Development Authority in 2013. Throughout their career, Reem has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in HR practices, and the ability to develop and implement new processes and procedures.

From 2004 to 2006, Reem Al Awabed pursued a Master's degree in Quality Management at the University of Wollongong.
