UK Portfolio Officer at The National Lottery Community Fund

Jason Jones has extensive experience working in the nonprofit sector, particularly in social action and volunteering charities. Jason has held various managerial roles at Volunteering Matters, including National Team Manager, in which they led volunteer recruitment and matching programs and managed partnerships with organizations in 15 countries. Jason also served as Head of Wales, South West, and Midlands, overseeing project delivery and staff teams across diverse areas and setting and monitoring complex financial budgets. Prior to their work at Volunteering Matters, Jason worked as an Investment Manager at the National Lottery Heritage Fund, where they worked on grant funding programs and collaborated with the Welsh Government on environmental programs.
