Nathan Farrell has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and industries. Nathan is currently working as the Head of Customer Insight at The National Lottery Community Fund since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sustrans, where they held positions including Head of Research and Monitoring (Scotland and Northern Ireland) from April 2020 to September 2022, and Deputy Head of Research and Monitoring (Scotland) from January 2019 to April 2020.

Earlier in their career, Nathan worked at Bournemouth University as a Senior Lecturer in Communication and Media from September 2015 to December 2018, and as a Lecturer in Communication and Media from September 2011 to September 2015. Nathan also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Bristol from October 2009 to July 2010.
