Zoe Maddock has a diverse work experience across various companies. Zoe is currently working as a Strategic Communications Manager at The National Lottery Community Fund since June 2022. Prior to this, Zoe worked at Birmingham Museums Trust from June 2016 to June 2022, starting as a PR Officer and then progressing to PR and Media Manager. In this role, they were responsible for promoting news, exhibitions, and events across all nine sites of the Trust. Before joining Birmingham Museums Trust, Zoe worked as an Account Manager at Citypress from July 2012 to May 2016. Additionally, they also had a role as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at Counteract from April 2012 to September 2012, where they managed social network platforms and wrote reviews for the website.

Following their time at Sutton Coldfield College, Zoe Maddock enrolled at Nottingham Trent University from 2008 to 2011. Zoe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Broadcast Journalism, achieving a 2:1 classification. Their field of study at Nottingham Trent University focused on Broadcast Journalism.
