As Partnerships Director for housebuilder Kellen Homes, Aimee is responsible for business growth through the formation of strategic relationships, land acquisition and the onward sale of new homes to Registered Providers and build to rent investors. She has over 16 years’ experience in delivering large scale, mixed tenure, residential developments across both public and private sectors, including 8 years working for Registered Providers in development, regeneration, investment and sales roles.

Having grown up in social housing, Aimee is passionate about building new homes, improving neighbourhoods and ensuring people have access to good quality and affordable housing. She will use her experience to provide legal, technical and financial scrutiny to CGA’s development and investment programmes, and to deliver the highest quality and value for money for CGA’s customers.
