Caroline Parr Chartered MCIPD has over two decades of experience in human resources and people development, currently serving as Senior People Services Manager at Community Gateway since April 2008, with previous roles including People and Organisational Development Manager, HR Business Partner, and Senior HR Advisor. Prior to this, Caroline held positions at Vernon Carus Ltd from June 2002 to April 2008, where responsibilities included Training & Development Manager and HR Assistant. Early career experiences include working as a Recruitment Consultant at Search Consultancy in 2001. Caroline holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Development from the University of Central Lancashire and a BSc(Hons) in Applied Psychology from the same institution.
