Claire Smith is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Culture and Engagement at Community Gateway Association since March 2014, Claire oversees HR functions, colleague development, health and safety, communications, and community empowerment initiatives. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Blackpool Coastal Housing and HR Business Partner at RoadChef Motorway Ltd, among others.
