Anita Li, MPH, CHES, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Program Manager for Data and Technology at the Community Health Care Association of New York State since April 2019. In this role, Anita leads statewide Health IT training projects, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives. Previous positions include Clinical Quality Improvement Project Manager at CHCANYS and multiple roles at Care for the Homeless, where responsibilities ranged from managing grant-funded programs to health data reporting and quality improvement. Anita's background includes health education and program evaluation, with a strong foundation in community outreach from earlier experience in various volunteer and intern positions. Anita holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from Stony Brook University.

CHCANYS is the voice for community-based primary care in New York, representing 70 community health centers that operate more than 800 individual sites in every region of the state, serving more than 2 million patients annually. CHCANYS offers a wide range of services to its members, including advocacy and policy analysis, training and technical assistance, clinical quality initiatives, workforce development, and health information technology.
