Derrecia Graham, MPH, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as Program Manager at the Community Health Care Association of NYS since January 2022. Previous roles include Health Coordinator and Health Educator at Harlem Children's Zone from November 2018 to February 2022, as well as Health Educator and Life Skill Specialist at E.M. Davis Family Trust from August 2015 to October 2018. CHCANYS offers a wide range of services to its members, including advocacy and policy analysis, training and technical assistance, clinical quality initiatives, workforce development, and health information technology.
