Olivia Mathisen-Holloman

Olivia Mathisen-Holloman is a Board Member at Community Health Center of Snohomish County. Olivia previously worked as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Sound Dietitians, LLC from June 2015 to October 2019. Olivia also has experience in Clinical Nutrition, Management of Food and Nutrition Service, and Community Nutrition from their previous work experiences. In addition, they have experience working in food service from their time as the Community Kitchen Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator at Seattle Pacific University. Lastly, they have experience facilitating diabetes support groups and demonstrating nutrition and cooking skills through their previous work at Swedish Medical Center.

Olivia Mathisen-Holloman holds a professional certificate in The Management of Food and Nutrition Services from Priority Nutrition Care. Olivia also has a bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from Seattle Pacific University and an AAS in Pre-Nursing Studies from Edmonds Community College.
