Jose Delgado has over a decade of experience in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Call Center Specialist at Community Health Center since January 2021, Jose previously worked at LabCorp as a Specimen Accessioning Specialist and at MAXIMUS as an Enrollment Counselor, where responsibilities included scheduling appointments for long-term care services. Earlier experience includes customer service positions at RCN and Synchronoss Technologies, as well as roles in community relations and media support in legislative settings. Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Brooklyn College.
