Derek Hammacher

Derek Hammacher has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Derek is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at Community Health & Dental Care, Inc. where they oversee the behavioral health program and internship program. Derek has successfully increased patient encounters, claims-driven revenue, and case management encounters throughout their tenure. Prior to this role, Derek worked as the Regional Director at Pathways of Pennsylvania and held various positions at Wedge Recovery Centers, including Program Director and Clinical Director, where they implemented strategies for hiring, clinical practices, and program goals.

Derek Hammacher has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Derek also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Eastern University.
