Mark Shannon

Mark Shannon has a strong background in business systems and data services. Mark started their career in 2005 as a Business Systems Analyst, Sr. at Health Net, where they were responsible for metric reporting and ad hoc reporting. In 2011, they joined Sila Solutions Group as a Business Analyst for a year before joining Community Health Network of CT in 2012 as the Director of Business Systems and Data Services.

Mark Shannon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Lehigh University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Mark also pursued further education at Villanova University from 2010 to 2011, completing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in Business.
