Eunice N. Hines, MPH, CCHW, CHC, MHFA, has extensive experience in health services management, currently serving as the Director of Migrant & Outreach Services at Community Health of South Florida, Inc. since July 2007. In this role, Eunice oversees the Migrant service program, Outreach service program, and Medical Mobile Van Operations, focusing on empowering vulnerable migrant and seasonal patients. Eunice designed and implemented various health programs aimed at reducing disparities and improving outcomes, including the PAMPER Program and the Stanford Self-Management Programs. Prior experience includes roles at Jessie Trice Community Health Center and Cabarrus Health Alliance Health Department. Eunice holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from American Military University and additional degrees in Business Management and Health Services Administration.
