Karen Johnson

Karen Johnson, MBA has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources and Compliance. Karen most recently worked at Community Health Programs, Inc. as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where they served in this role twice, from December 2019 to February 2022, and then again from March 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at First Choice Health Centers, Inc. from November 2017 to October 2019. Karen also held significant positions at JGS Lifecare, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer from February 2003 to January 2017, and at Cigna Health Benefits, where they were the Regional Director of Human Resources from December 1993 to January 2003.
