Uri B.

Uri B. has extensive work experience in the field of pediatric and adolescent medicine. They have held various roles at different organizations throughout their career.

In 2005, Uri started as a Pediatric Resident at UM/JMH and later became the Pediatrics Chief Resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2008. They also served as a Voluntary Pediatrics Instructor at the University of Miami during this time.

In 2009, Uri joined the Children's Hospital at Montefiore as a Per-Diem Attending Pediatrician and a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the division of Adolescent Medicine. Their work mainly involved providing outpatient care to patients aged 12 to 24 with multiple medical problems.

In 2012, Uri took on the role of Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. They also served as the Director of Adolescent Medicine at both St. Barnabas Hospital and Union Community Health Center during this time, focusing on providing primary and specialized healthcare to adolescents and young adults, particularly LGBTQ youth.

In 2015, Uri became the Medical Director (interim) at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center in Chelsea. They also took on the role of Associate Medical Director, Adolescent Medicine, and Clinical Director of the Heath Outreach to Teens (HOTT) Program at the same organization.

In 2018, Uri joined NYU School of Medicine as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics.
