Ginger Hearn

Ginger Hearn has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a progressive career at Community Health Systems from February 2015 to February 2021, where roles included Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and Manager of Human Resources. Prior to this, Ginger Hearn was with Medical Reimbursements of America, Inc. from September 2006 to February 2015, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, and Supervisor of Operations.
