Trena McWilliams

Trena McWilliams, MAOL, currently serves as a Corporate Recruiter at Community Health Systems since October 2024. Previously, Trena worked as an HR Consultant for Tech Dining Operations at the Georgia Institute of Technology from January 2024 to August 2024. Prior experience includes the role of People Engagement & Recruiting Manager at Rödl & Partner USA from January 2022 to September 2023, and Team Leader for Talent Acquisition at Delta Air Lines with Alexander Mann Solutions from August 2019 to December 2021. Additional positions include HR Site Manager and HR Onsite Coordinator at Randstad USA from November 2016 to August 2019, and Enrollment Coordinator with the Higher Education division of John Wiley and Sons from February 2014 to May 2016. Trena holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Student Services from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations/Comparative Governments from the University of Central Florida.
