Juan Baez Jr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Juan began their career as a Cashier at Target, where they assisted customers with transactions and provided customer service. Juan then worked at Chase as an Intern, contacting customers with overdue balances and converting customer information to digital files.
After their internship, Juan joined the South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (SoBRO) as a Youth Development member. In this role, they interviewed students for a school newspaper, tutored in computer skills, and interned as a helpdesk technician.
Juan then moved to Cablevision, where they held two roles. Juan started as an Advanced Service Representative, troubleshooting high-definition equipment and providing floor support. Juan later became a Team Leader, supporting the call center's operational policies and being the primary knowledge expert on the company's products and services.
Following their time at Cablevision, Juan worked at Best Buy as part of the Geek Squad, and then at Community Healthcare Network. At Community Healthcare Network, they progressed through several roles, including Call Center Team Lead, Call Center Supervisor, Call Center Manager, and Associate Director of Contact Center & Medical Records Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Patient Access.
Juan Baez Jr attended Crotona Academy from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
