Jarrod Pence

Jarrod Pence has extensive experience in patient access management, currently serving as Senior Director, Patient Access at Ensemble Health Partners since August 2022. Prior roles include Director of Patient Access at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center from October 2020 to August 2022 and Director of Patient Access at New Bridge Medical Center from June 2018 to October 2020. Additionally, Jarrod had a longstanding career at Atlantic Health from July 2003 to June 2018, where responsibilities included serving as an Epic Prelude/Grand Central Analyst and Data Quality Coordinator. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Moravian University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
