Kathleen M. O’Neill

Kathleen M. O’Neill is Associate General Counsel at New York Life Insurance Company. Prior to that, Ms. O’Neill served as an Associate Professor at Cornell University, a Law Clerk for the First Circuit of US Appeals Court, and an Associate at Clearly Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Ms. O’Neill received her Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College, her Juris Doctorate from New York University of School of Law, and her doctorate at Harvard University.
