Ronda was the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Primary Care Development Corporation. After leading PCDC for over 20 years, she retired in 2015. Prior to her work there, Ms. Kotelchuck served as Vice President for Corporate Planning and Intergovernmental Relations at the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation. She currently serves on the board of the New York School-Based Health Foundation. Ms. Kotelchuck holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College and a Master’s of Regional Planning from Cornell University.
