Martha Abundis

Martha Abundis currently serves as Vice President of Legal Services at Community Health System since April 2016, having previously held the position of Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Lang, Richert & Patch from September 2014 to April 2016 and as a Summer Associate in PG&E's Legal Department, where notable accomplishments included representing PG&E in a Workers’ Compensation administrative court hearing and leading the dissolution of a non-profit subsidiary. Earlier roles include serving as a Student Affairs Officer at UCLA, where Martha advised over 900 math majors and contributed to the development of academic policies. Martha Abundis holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.S. in International Development Studies and Spanish/Latin American Studies from UCLA.
