Pratik Dhar

Pratik Dhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit, enterprise architecture, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Community Health System since February 2023, Pratik previously held multiple roles at McDermott International Inc., including Enterprise Architect and Analytics Lead, where expertise in implementing enterprise applications and analytics solutions was demonstrated. Pratik has a strong background in managing and integrating various enterprise systems, particularly with HR and financial applications, and has developed best practices in enterprise analytics using the Azure platform. Prior roles include Product Manager at CB&I, where responsibilities included managing HR systems and automating integrations, and Business Systems Analyst at The Shaw Group, focusing on IT financial controls and compliance. Pratik holds an MBA and MS from Louisiana State University and a combined BS/MS from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
