CHIP Project Analyst at Community Housing Network

Albert Wolschleger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban planning, property development, and GIS data analysis. Currently serving as a CHIP Project Analyst at Community Housing Network, Inc. since July 2015, Albert focuses on geographic and data analysis for the Community Housing Integration Portal project. As a Developer since October 2012, Albert has successfully managed multiple property acquisitions, evictions, and renovations, including the donation of property to the nonprofit Detroit Training Center. Previous roles include an Associate at Banyan Investments, LLC, and a GIS and Property Research Consultant for The Villages CDC. Albert holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Television and Digital Media Production from Ferris State University.
