Joy Silver is the Chair of Riverside County Democratic Party and serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Regional Director for Community Housing Opportunities Corporation in Southern California. Joy has a diverse background, having worked as a candidate, consultant, lead organizer, and community operations director in various organizations. With a strong focus on affordable housing, senior living, activism, and advocacy, Joy has shown a strong commitment to social change and community development throughout their career.
