Andrew Woodruff

Andrew Woodruff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and building science. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Community Housing Partners since October 2014, Andrew has held several key roles, including Assistant Training Center Director and Training Center Manager. Prior to this, Andrew worked as Office Manager at Blue Ridge Energy Works, LLC, specializing in renewable energy solutions and spray foam insulation. Additionally, Andrew managed green building projects at Building Performance Engineering, focusing on ENERGY STAR certifications and training initiatives. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science - Architectural Technology from Appalachian State University, obtained in 2009.
