Serenity Barr

Serenity Barr is an experienced professional in property management and compliance, currently serving as the Resident Services Business Manager at Community Housing Partners since July 2016. In this role, Serenity oversees communities and staff in the Eastern Virginia region, focusing on program compliance, maintenance of physical assets, and optimization of services. Prior experiences include positions as a Compliance Manager at TMG Management, where responsibilities involved compliance reviews for applications and recertifications, and as a bilingual Assistant Manager at Weinstein Properties for a large mixed-unit site. Serenity has also held property management roles at LEDIC Realty Company, Drucker & Falk, LLC, and HERCULES REAL ESTATE, managing substantial portfolios across various financing programs. Serenity holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from John Tyler Community College.
