Antony Fazakerley

Antony Fazakerley has extensive experience in care and support roles, currently serving as the Virtual Care Centre Shift Manager at Community Integrated Care since September 2022. Prior to this, Antony held the position of Team Leader at Alternative Futures Group from May 2018 to September 2022 and previously worked as a Schools Family Support Worker for Liverpool Council from April 2014 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Leader at Alternative Futures Group Ltd for a brief period in late 2013 and a position as Project Worker at Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center in July 2003.
