Kathryn Gallagher

Kathryn Gallagher is an experienced Learning Solutions Design & Development Manager currently at Community Integrated Care since March 2019, where responsibilities include leadership development consulting. Previous roles at Working Links from 2005 to 2019 encompassed positions such as Digital Learning & Performance Consultant and Learning and Development Business Partner, focusing on Learning Needs Analysis, stakeholder relationship management, and the creation of blended learning solutions to enhance performance. Earlier experience includes designing and delivering employability programs as a Front Line Consultant and Tutor. Kathryn holds a BA (Hons) in Management and Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire, attended Runshaw College in 2009.
