Molly Jane Thoms

Molly Jane Thoms is a staff attorney in the Education Law Unit at Community Legal Aid since August 2022. Previously, Molly served as a SJC Rule 3:03 Student Attorney with the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Program clinic at Boston College Law School from August 2020 to June 2022. Additional experience includes legal internships at the Committee for Public Counsel Services and MetroWest Legal Services, as well as research assistance at Boston College Lynch School under Dr. Raquel Muñiz. Molly also held legal and communications internships at the ACLU. Educated at Boston College Law School, Molly holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Literature and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in World Literature and Culture Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
