Heir's Property Fellow at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida

Latoya Walker is a law student at Florida A&M University College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as an intern at the ACLU of Florida since June 2024 and as an Heir's Property Fellow at Community Legal Services since January 2024, Latoya Walker has developed strong skills in legal documentation, client intake, and case strategy analysis. Previous experiences include a role as a Brady Intern at Brady: United Against Gun Violence, where hands-on litigation experience was gained, and as a Law Clerk at Daspit Law Firm, focusing on case coordination and client communication. Earlier roles at Texas A&M University-Commerce included positions as a Resident Assistant, supporting over 300 students, and as a Lion Ambassador, showcasing excellent customer service to diverse populations.
