Mark Maher

Mark Maher currently serves as a Staff Attorney at Community Legal Services since August 2022. Previously, Mark held a similar role at Reprieve U.S. from December 2016 to August 2022, focusing on lethal injection drug execution protocols and advising on death penalty cases involving foreign nationals. Prior legal experiences include positions at the Indian Law Project - Nevada Legal Services, the Defender Clinic at CUNY School of Law as a Student Attorney, and various legal internships. Mark earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from CUNY School of Law and a B.S. in Psychology from Saint Joseph's University, while also working as a Teller at Royal Bank America earlier in their career and performing in a theater production for the Philadelphia Fringe Festival.
