Preeti Bajwa

Preeti Bajwa is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Supervising Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice since September 2012, Preeti Bajwa manages and mentors a team defending government and prison officials in prisoner-initiated lawsuits. Prior to this role, Preeti Bajwa was a Deputy Attorney General representing prison officials and held various legal positions including Attorney/Founder at the Law Offices of Preeti K. Bajwa, where the focus was on criminal defense and immigration. Additional experience includes roles at Toschi Sidran Collins & Doyle, Sacramento County Public Defender's Office, and Santa Clara County Public Defender's Office. Preeti Bajwa holds a JD from Loyola Law School, an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, and a BS in Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
