Michelle Delfel

Michelle Delfel, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Donor Engagement at Community Link, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Missionary Oblates from August 2006 to May 2021, including Fundraising Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team to produce extensive direct mail solicitations, coordinating fundraising strategies, and developing a new digital department. Michelle's earlier experience includes positions as Fundraising Supervisor and Merchandising Developer, where expertise in fundraising, merchandising, and inventory management was demonstrated. Michelle's career began as an Associate Designer at David Meister, followed by a role as Assistant Designer at May Merchandising Company, contributing to significant sales growth. Michelle holds a BFA in Fashion Design and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.
