Jenn Braden has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenn began their career in 1999 as a Probation & Parole Officer II with the State of Missouri - Board of Probation and Parole. During their tenure, they provided community-based supervision to misdemeanor and felony offenders and assisted in their reintegration into society.
In 2011, they joined the Office of the Attorney General as an Investigator, where they investigated complaints, prepared legal documents, and worked closely with attorneys on civil and criminal cases.
From 2012 to 2013, Jenn worked as a Branch Office Manager at Sentinel Offender Services, responsible for office management and staff supervision.
In 2014, they joined The Center for Autism Education as a Behavior Specialist, focusing on observing, assessing, teaching, and encouraging students in an alternative school-based setting. Jenn was certified in Safe Crisis Management.
From 2019 to 2020, Jenn served as the Manager of Organizational Employment Services at Boone Center, Inc. / BCI Packaging. In this role, they managed and supported individuals with disabilities, overseeing a team of Employment Support Specialists and a Program Manager. Their responsibilities included case management, HR tasks, ensuring compliance, and facilitating employee events.
Most recently, in 2020, they joined Community Living, Inc. as the Director Of Support Services.
