Hallie Ouyang

Hallie Ouyang has extensive experience in financial management and service coordination, currently serving as Integrated Services Manager at Community Living BC since November 2005. Ouyang's previous roles at the same organization include Practice and Service Advisor, Senior Contract Coordinator, Compliance Accountant, and Budget Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at the Ministry for Children and Family Development in British Columbia from December 1999 to October 2005, and at Colgate Palmolive in Guangzhou, China, where responsibility involved brand management for Colgate Total products. Ouyang began the professional career as an Interpreter and Translator for the Guangzhou Municipal Light Industry Bureau. Educational credentials include CPA and CMA designations obtained between 2009 and 2012, alongside a BA in British Language and Literature from Sun Yat-sen University.
