Jonah Zhao, MSc, PMP, ITIL, is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and operations. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Services at Community Living BC since October 2018, Jonah has also held roles as Program Manager - IT and Team Lead for IT Operations within the same organization. Previously, Jonah was the Support Services and Operations Manager at Catapult ERP from June 2016 to July 2018, and managed IS Solutions Services and IS Customer Advocacy at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia from February 2012 to January 2016. Jonah's career at E-Comm 9-1-1 as Manager of the Service Desk and over 15 years at Central 1 as Associate Vice President of Product Development further highlights a robust background in IT and service management. Jonah holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Xidian University.
