Rachelle Normandeau

Rachelle Normandeau has extensive experience in contract management, program development, and crisis intervention across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Contract and Procurement Specialist and Quality Service Analyst at Community Living BC since May 2017, Rachelle is skilled in high-volume contract negotiations and project management. Previous roles include managing Supported Independent Living at Strive Living Society and serving as an Administrator for the Urban Development Institute - Pacific Region. Rachelle has also worked as an Elementary Education Teacher at Sumter District Schools and as an Emergency Psychiatric Evaluator at Life Stream Behavioral. Early career positions included Crisis Care Coordinator at Cornerstone Hospice & Palliative Care and Judicial Clerk for the 5th Judicial Clerk of Court. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in General Studies Nursing from Lake-Sumter State College.
