Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Community Living Toronto is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation. They develop and implement HR policies, support workforce development, and oversee scheduling and operational support for staff. Additionally, they focus on talent acquisition, employee transitions, and specialized services to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment, ultimately contributing to the organization's mission of helping individuals with intellectual disabilities thrive in the community.
