Marissa Baker, CHC, CHPC has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare compliance and consulting. Marissa began their career in 2007 at Protiviti, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from April 2007 to January 2009. Marissa then transitioned to the role of Health Care Senior Consultant at the same company, where they worked from January 2009 to March 2011. Subsequently, Marissa joined Texas Health Resources as a Health Care Compliance Project Manager from August 2011 to July 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Corporate Compliance, Privacy, and Contracts at Community Memorial Health System since September 2013.

Marissa Baker, CHC, CHPC, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Texas Tech University. Marissa also has a Master's in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. In addition, Marissa has obtained the CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) and CHPC (Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance) certifications from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), in the years 2014 and 2015 respectively.
