Megan Rodarte has a solid work experience in the healthcare field. Megan started their career in 1992 at Valley Presbyterian Hospital, where they worked as an ICU Direct Care RN until 1994. Megan then moved to St. John's Regional Medical Center, where they worked as an L&D Direct Care RN and Charge Nurse from 1994 to 1999. Megan returned to Community Memorial Health System in 1994 as an ICU/CCU Per Diem Direct Care RN and stayed until 1996. Megan then worked at the same company from 1999 to 2001 as an L&D Direct Care RN and Charge Nurse. From 2001 to 2007, Megan held the role of RN, Clinical Manager of Maternal Child Health at Community Memorial Health System. Finally, they became the RN, Director of Maternal & Children's Health Services in 2007, a position they continue to hold.

Megan (Meeker) Rodarte holds a Masters of Science in Nursing, specializing in Clinical Systems Leadership, which they obtained from the University of Arizona in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from UCLA in 1992.
